At AllerFree Lifestyle, we believe that geographic location should never be a barrier to high-quality medical information. Our platform serves as a bridge between advanced pharmacological research and the daily needs of allergy sufferers worldwide.

The Founder’s Story: From a Small Village to a Global Mission

AllerFree Lifestyle was born from a personal mission in Chowk Sarwar Shaheed, District Kot Addu. As the only PhD in my town, I witnessed my family, relatives, and neighbors struggle year after year with the exhausting symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

I saw firsthand how hay fever and chronic allergies don’t just cause sneezing—they disrupt education, impact work productivity, and lower the overall quality of life for an entire community.

Dr. Muhammad Ihsan Ullah, Founder and Lead Content Writer, posing with the Principal of Punjab University College of Pharmacy, PhD supervisor, and two external examiners after his PhD defense at the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan. The group stands in front of the university’s historic red-brick building, with faculty members wearing academic gowns and formal attire.

With a PhD in Pharmacology, I realized I had the unique expertise to help. I founded this platform to translate complex drug science into a “blueprint” for allergy-free living. What started as a way to help my well-wishers in my village has grown into a global resource, supported by a world-class Medical Review Board with experts from Harvard and King Edward Medical University.

Our mission is simple: To provide science-backed, evidence-based guidance that helps people everywhere breathe easier and live better.
